The Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management is the qualification for experienced professionals leading at senior and director level within the construction industry. If you’re managing multiple projects, departments, or the strategic direction of a construction business, this is your route to the Black CSCS Manager Card – and formal recognition of your leadership status.

There’s no classroom. No exam. This is a work-based qualification assessed through your day-to-day leadership. You’ll be guided through a structured process where we assess:

  • Communication with senior stakeholders and clients

Once completed, you’ll earn the Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management, giving you access to the Black CSCS Card and the recognition that matches your seniority.

Course Summary

  • Cost: £1,600 + VAT (instalments available)
  • Duration: 16–24 weeks depending on evidence and availability
  • Assessment Method: Remote and on-site portfolio, interviews and professional discussions
  • Location: Delivered remotely, with visits to your site(s) if desired.
  • Funding: CITB grant funding available for eligible businesses
